How can I pay my invoice to your office?We accept INTERAC e-Transfer and business or personal cheques. e-Transfers should be sent to snrcga@snrcpa.ca. We ask you to choose a security question that can be easily answered by our office. Cheques should be addressed to 'Stephen N. Rosenfield CPA Corporation'.

When is the filing deadline for my personal income tax return?The Canadian Revenue Agency requires all personal tax returns to be filed by April 30th. To avoid incurring late filing penalties, we kindly ask you send your information as far in advance of this date as possible.

When is the filing deadline for my corporate income tax return?Filing deadlines for corporate tax returns vary based on your company's fiscal year end. The Canadian Revenue Agency requires all corporate tax returns to be filed by 6 months after your corporate fiscal year end. To avoid incurring late filing penalties, we kindly ask you send your information as far in advance of that date as possible.

What documents should I provide for my personal income tax return?Tax slips and supporting documents will vary from person to person. However, the following documents are typically required to complete your return: Tax slips You should receive a tax slip from anyone who provided you income during the year. Common income slips include: T4 - Statement of Renumeration Paid T4A - Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity and Other Income T5 - Statement of Investment Income T3 - Statement of Trust Income Any more income or expenses Supporting documents The CRA offers many credits and deductions which can be applied to your income tax return. Please note: keep track of eligible expenses and create a list during the year. We ask you to send this list with your tax slips and to keep your receipts and records at home. Common expenses that are eligible for credits or decutions include: Moving expenses Medical costs RRSP contributions Union dues or professional fees Child care expenses And more
